There are no plugins needed to run the Internet Arcade. A volunteer group has been able to convert MESS/MAME into pure Javascript and make it run in most modern browsers. MESS/MAME have been developed over nearly 20 years and are able to emulate hundreds of computer systems and thousands of console and arcade games.
